Our process begins with hooking up the HEPA-AIRE System to the plenum above the air handler or closest vent to create negative air pressure in your duct system. We will take off each grill and clean them. We will close off all vents, except for the vent that we start cleaning. We will run high-pressure air hoses, forward/reverse sweeps through each duct, pushing the dirt toward the machine.

We will use a chemical called Microban, which is approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency to sanitize and deodorize your ducting system. The deodorizer that we use is nonfragrant. Once we have finished cleaning the ducting system, we can go back through each vent and encapsulate the ductwork with a fogger if needed.
